Organised by Shanghai CMP Sinoexpo International Exhibition Co., Ltd., the Hotelex Cup Chef Championship is an international event tailored specifically for exhibitors at Hotelex. It has gained the full support of related associations all over the country, with contestants all coming from high-level hotels and restaurants that are the sponsors' potential clients. The organiser will use its 18 years' experience and considerable media resources to promote and report the championship in a wide range of media, thus helping to boost the competition's influence and promote the sponsor's products.
Via thorough communication with the sponsor before the championship and on-site demonstrations, the contestants get to know its kitchen equipment better. Also, the organiser's strong promotion showcases the advantages of the sponsors' products, enabling buyers to learn a lot about these items. What's more, the venue chosen by the organiser for the championship will become the perfect platform for the sponsor to showcase its brand and/or service.
The teams for the East China regional competition are experts from high-level hotels and restaurants in the Yangtze River Delta region. Teams from Eastern, South Western and Central China will compete in three regional championships, with the three winning teams meeting in the final competition. The eventual champion will have the opportunity to visit the sponsor's factory overseas.

- Company name and logo displayed on the backboard at the venue for the Chef Championship.
- Company name and logo displayed on the entrance guide board at the venue for the Chef Championship.

- Sponsorship certificate.
- The main sponsor will be given one copy of the book containing media clippings covering the Chef Championship.
Qualification of the Sponsor: (Final & East China Regional Championship)
The Main Sponsor must:
- Be an exhibitor at the Hotelex series of shows.
- Provide the venue and equipment for pre-practice sessions for the competition teams.
- Provide a layout of the kitchen for the Chef Championship.
- Sponsor the main equipment:
- Such items as ovens, infrared stoves, etc.
- Provide RMB40,000 for one type in the Final.
- Provide RMB20,000 for one type in the East China Regional event.

- Pay the visiting fees for the champion team (for 2 people).
- Sponsor accessories:
- Such items as dessert equipment, ice-cream equipment, cake equipment, refrigerators, etc.
- Provide RMB20,000 for one type in the Final.
- Provide RMB10,000 for one type in the East China Regional event.
- Provide a minimum of RMB500 in awards to the competition teams.
The Special Sponsor must:
- Be an exhibitor at the Hotelex series of shows.
- Sponsor such items as food materials, sauces, kitchen tools, tableware, restaurant textiles, etc.
- Provide RMB20,000 for one type in the Final.
- Provide RMB10,000 for one type in the East China Regional Championship.
- Provide a minimum of RMB500 in awards to the competition teams.
How to become a sponsor:
- Complete the sponsorship application form and confirm.
- Sign the sponsorship agreement.
- Pay the sponsorship fee.

Note:
- Sponsorship proposals should be submitted to the organiser within 10 working days after the agreement is signed.
- The sponsor should submit the proposal before February 6, 2009.
- Sponsorship opportunities are available for Hotelex exhibitors that take a minimum of 54 sq m for the final competition and a minimum of 36 sq m for regional competitions.
- The proposal will be finalized by the organiser.
