Cooking Demonstration Show

2011 The 9th China Barista Championship – North China
（August 25-27, 2010）
As the most influential and professional barista competition in China, China Barista Championship (CBC) always focus on the coffee making skill, and spreading coffee culture to whole China. Regional competitions will be set in East China, North China, and Southwest China this year. All the regional qualified competitors will present the final competition during Hotelex Shanghai 2011. The final winner will attend World Barista Championship as the only representative of China. Within eight years, China Barista Champion (CBC) has attracted lots of competitors and it’s always devoted to cultivating professional barista.
