The concept of “HDD”, create by Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo Int’l Exhibition Co., Ltd. at first time, will continue in the 2012 spring show. The purpose is “unified brand, share resources.” HDD focus on all kinds of hotel supplies and supports with construction design, building materials, sanitary, cleaning and lighting solution. The exhibition area of Hotelex Shanghai 2011 finally reached 84,000 square meters with 4,403 booths. It’s increased by 40% than last year. As the famous and authority industry show, Hotelex always leads the development of hotel industry and gives prominence to the original design and environment concept of products. This year, there were more than 30% innovative products posed. A lot of low-carbon products became the new energy of China hospitality equipment and supply market so that China hotel industry could sustainable development.

1. We fractionize catering equipment & supply section in buffet equipment, dishwasher, catering accessory equipment, catering equipment, refrigeration, lobby appliance, bakery equipment(food processing), etc. professionally and broaden the number of bakery equipment exhibitors.
2. To strengthen the international image of the exhibition, international brand premium, include famous brand of catering equipment, becoming exhibition in exhibition to afford showcase, publicize and service.
3. To meet the demand of rapid and healthy development of hotel and catering, organizer cooperate with FCSI to show the low carbon concept open kitchen, energy saving products and solutions on the basic of industry BBS and public speech.
4. Hotel IT & Security section will expand exhibition area for intelligent management and control system, hotel system solution etc. and discussion forum and activity in sample room.
5. The new curtains section provided the crowning touch to the textile section.
