Guided by the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism, HOTELEX Shanghai International Hospitality and Foodservice Expo—an integral part of the Shanghai Tourism Industry Expo, one of the three flagship events developed during China’s 14th Five-Year Plan—will be held in 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai, Puxi · Hongqiao). The exhibition is expected to cover an area of 400,000 square meters, attracting over 300,000 professional visitors from hotels, foodservice, supermarket retail, casual dining, food and beverage trade, restaurant investment, tourism, and leisure sectors. More than 3,000 exhibitors are anticipated to participate, showcasing a comprehensive range of products across the entire hotel and foodservice supply chain, with the goal of creating a more open and efficient platform for global industry exchange.
